Hi, I’m Nitesh Shrivastava.

I am the Head of SEO & Analytics at GrowthOps Asia and a “Human-in-the-Loop” AI advocate based in Singapore.

For the last 13 years, I have been obsessed with one thing: Sustainable Growth. I have helped enterprise brands across APAC recover from penalties, scale revenue by 400%, and navigate the complex intersection of technical SEO and business strategy.

From Engineering to Enterprise SEO
My journey did not start in marketing. It started in engineering at Haldia Institute of Technology, which gave me a love for systems and logic. That background is why I do not just “do SEO” but rather build engines. Whether it is constructing a 12,000-URL crawler or designing the architecture for a multinational bank, I treat organic search as a product rather than just a marketing channel.

Why Agentic AI?
Recently, I have pivoted my focus to Agentic AI. I believe we are entering a new era where SEOs will not just optimise keywords but will orchestrate AI agents. I spoke about this shift at the Google Search Central Deep Dive (Bangkok 2025), challenging the industry to prioritise “Humanity” over simple syntax.

I recently completed my MBA at Nanyang Business School to bridge the gap between my technical roots and boardroom strategy. My work has also been recognised by the Marketing Excellence Awards and The Drum Awards.
